Ellie ​​is a highly experienced veterinary receptionist, having worked at a local veterinary practice for the past 9 years. Ellie will be delighted to help arrange your appointments with us and can answer any questions you may have on the pet travel process, guiding you along the way from start to finish.

Ellie is often in the PawsPort office during the week so you may see her when you come for your appointments with Lizzie. She loves meeting you and your pets!

Dr Lizzie Royce BVSc MRCVS
​
Lizzie is a fully qualified veterinary surgeon and has also undertaken extra training to become an Official Veterinarian (OV), allowing her to carry out work, such as export paperwork, on behalf of the APHA.
Lizzie qualified from the University of Bristol and enjoys working with horses, dogs, cats and the occasional farm animal. As well as AHCs Lizzie does clinical work at night and weekends.
